Where we are

The entrance to the Regimental Museum is on Market Avenue and is located within Shirehall, a large redbrick building. Shirehall is at the base of the Castle Mound, below Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery. The entrance doors to the museum are the first set of double doors closest to Castle Meadow, and the last when traveling from the Castle Mall car park.

Why not purchase an "all galleries" ticket at Norwich Castle and enter the Regimental Museum through the old prisoners tunnel and a reconstructed First World War communication trench?

All the city centre bus routes go through Castle Meadow, which is adjacent to the Museum. If arriving by train, the Railway Station is a ten-minute walk along Prince of Wales Road. Buses regularly go from the station to Castle Meadow.
